Cancellation & Refund Policy

No Cancellations or Refunds

All purchases on Resume Story are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on any credit purchases. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All credit purchases made on Resume Story (resumestory.co.in) are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is successfully processed and credits are added to your account, the transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstance.

2. No Cancellation Policy

Resume Story does not offer order cancellations. Once a purchase is initiated and payment is confirmed by Razorpay, the order is considered complete. Credits purchased are immediately available for use in your account.

3. Digital Service Nature

Resume Story provides a digital AI-powered service. Credits are consumed upon generating an AI resume analysis. As the service is fully digital and the analysis is delivered immediately upon request, we are unable to offer refunds once a credit has been used for a review.

4. Free Analysis

All users can run resume analysis for free. Credits are only required to unlock full review reports. We encourage all users to run a free analysis to evaluate the quality of our service before purchasing credits.

5. Duplicate or Failed Payments

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in:
  • A duplicate charge for the same order
  • A payment deducted but credits not added to your account

Please write to us at connect@resumestory.co.in within 7 days with your Razorpay Payment ID and registered email address. We will investigate and resolve genuine technical errors on a case-by-case basis.

6. Unused Credits

Unused credits do not expire and will remain in your account indefinitely. Unused credits are not eligible for refund or cash conversion under any circumstances.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for a valid transaction constitutes a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts where fraudulent chargebacks have been raised and may provide transaction evidence to your payment provider.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection laws. If you believe you have a valid claim under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may contact the appropriate consumer forum.
